Sellers should clearly disclose relevant third-party licenses where required.
5. Copyright Infringement Reports
If you believe that content available through The Creator Mart infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement report to us.
Your report should contain sufficient information for us to identify the allegedly infringing content and evaluate your claim.
6. Information Required for a Copyright Report
A copyright infringement report should include:

8. Investigation of Copyright Claims
After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, The Creator Mart may review the reported content and available information.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
• Contact the seller or uploader
• Request additional information
• Request evidence of ownership or authorization
• Temporarily restrict access to the reported content
• Remove the reported content
• Suspend the product
• Suspend or restrict an account
• Take other appropriate action
Submitting a copyright report does not automatically guarantee removal of the reported content.
9. Content Removal
If we reasonably determine that content may infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, we may remove, disable, restrict, or otherwise limit access to that content.
We may also take action against accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content.
10. Seller Notification
Where appropriate, we may notify the seller or account holder about a copyright complaint or content restriction.
The seller may be given an opportunity to provide relevant information, documentation, or evidence demonstrating that they have the necessary rights or authorization.
11. Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may contact us with a counter-notification or explanation.
Your response should include:
• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the removed or restricted content
• The original location of the content
• An explanation of why you believe the content does not infringe copyright
• Evidence of ownership, licensing, permission, or authorization where applicable
We may review the information provided and determine what action is appropriate.
12. Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Repeated infringement may include:

• Attempting to circumvent content restrictions

13. Copyright and Product Licenses
Purchasing a product from The Creator Mart does not transfer copyright ownership of that product to the buyer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers receive a license to use the purchased product according to the applicable license terms.
Customers may not automatically:
• Resell the original product
• Redistribute the original files
• Upload the product to another marketplace
• Share the product publicly
• Claim the product as their own
• Remove copyright notices
• Distribute unauthorized copies
The applicable product license determines the permitted use.
14. Copyright Ownership
Unless expressly stated otherwise, copyright ownership remains with the original copyright owner or the party legally entitled to the rights.
The Creator Mart does not claim ownership of products uploaded by independent sellers merely because those products are listed on our marketplace.
15. User-Submitted Content
