Copyright Policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

The Creator Mart respects the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, authors, designers, businesses, and other rights holders.

We expect all users and sellers to respect copyright and other intellectual property rights when using or contributing content to The Creator Mart.

This Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright concerns, infringement reports, and requests to remove allegedly infringing content.

1. Respect for Copyright

All users and sellers are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload, sell, distribute, or otherwise make available through The Creator Mart does not violate the copyright or other intellectual property rights of another person or organization.

You must have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to use and distribute any content you submit to The Creator Mart.

2. Copyrighted Content

Copyright may apply to various types of content available through our marketplace, including:

• Source code
• Software
• Scripts
• Website templates
• WordPress themes and plugins
• Mobile applications
• Game assets
• Graphics and illustrations
• Images
• Videos
• Audio and music
• Documents
• Designs
• Documentation
• Other creative or digital works

The fact that content is available online does not mean that it is free to copy, modify, sell, or redistribute.

3. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to sell and distribute their products through The Creator Mart.

By submitting a product, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the necessary rights to the content, or
• You have obtained the appropriate license or permission to distribute the content.
• Your product does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright.
• Third-party assets included in your product are properly licensed.
• You have the authority to grant the applicable license to customers.
• Your product does not contain unauthorized copies of copyrighted material.

Sellers must not upload or sell pirated, stolen, copied, or unauthorized content.

4. Third-Party Assets

If a product contains third-party assets, the seller is responsible for ensuring that those assets are properly licensed for the intended use.

Third-party assets may include:

• Fonts
• Images
• Icons
• Audio
• Music
• Video
• Stock assets
• Libraries
• Frameworks
• Plugins
• Source code
• Textures
• Models
• Other third-party materials

Sellers should clearly disclose relevant third-party licenses where required.

5. Copyright Infringement Reports

If you believe that content available through The Creator Mart infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement report to us.

Your report should contain sufficient information for us to identify the allegedly infringing content and evaluate your claim.

6. Information Required for a Copyright Report

A copyright infringement report should include:

• Your full name
• Your contact email address
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing product or content
• An explanation of why you believe the content infringes your copyright
• Evidence demonstrating your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Any additional information that may help us investigate the claim

Incomplete reports may delay our ability to investigate the complaint.

7. Good Faith Statement

When submitting a copyright complaint, you should have a good-faith belief that the reported use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.

False, misleading, or fraudulent copyright claims may result in legal consequences and may affect your ability to submit future reports.

8. Investigation of Copyright Claims

After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, The Creator Mart may review the reported content and available information.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Contact the seller or uploader
• Request additional information
• Request evidence of ownership or authorization
• Temporarily restrict access to the reported content
• Remove the reported content
• Suspend the product
• Suspend or restrict an account
• Take other appropriate action

Submitting a copyright report does not automatically guarantee removal of the reported content.

9. Content Removal

If we reasonably determine that content may infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, we may remove, disable, restrict, or otherwise limit access to that content.

We may also take action against accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content.

10. Seller Notification

Where appropriate, we may notify the seller or account holder about a copyright complaint or content restriction.

The seller may be given an opportunity to provide relevant information, documentation, or evidence demonstrating that they have the necessary rights or authorization.

11. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may contact us with a counter-notification or explanation.

Your response should include:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the removed or restricted content
• The original location of the content
• An explanation of why you believe the content does not infringe copyright
• Evidence of ownership, licensing, permission, or authorization where applicable

We may review the information provided and determine what action is appropriate.

12. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Repeated infringement may include:

• Multiple valid copyright complaints
• Repeated uploads of unauthorized content
• Re-uploading previously removed content
• Attempting to circumvent content restrictions
• Providing false information regarding ownership or licensing

13. Copyright and Product Licenses

Purchasing a product from The Creator Mart does not transfer copyright ownership of that product to the buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers receive a license to use the purchased product according to the applicable license terms.

Customers may not automatically:

• Resell the original product
• Redistribute the original files
• Upload the product to another marketplace
• Share the product publicly
• Claim the product as their own
• Remove copyright notices
• Distribute unauthorized copies

The applicable product license determines the permitted use.

14. Copyright Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise, copyright ownership remains with the original copyright owner or the party legally entitled to the rights.

The Creator Mart does not claim ownership of products uploaded by independent sellers merely because those products are listed on our marketplace.

15. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit reviews, comments, screenshots, product information, and other content.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content and that your submission does not knowingly violate another person's intellectual property rights.

16. Copyright Complaints Regarding Your Own Content

If you believe that another user has copied and uploaded your original product or content without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement report.

We may investigate the report and take appropriate action based on the information and evidence provided.

17. Copyright Policy Abuse

Users must not abuse the copyright reporting process.

We may take action against users who repeatedly submit:

• False copyright claims
• Fraudulent claims
• Misleading information
• Claims without reasonable supporting evidence
• Claims intended to harass another user
• Claims intended to unfairly remove legitimate products

18. Other Intellectual Property Rights

This Copyright Policy primarily concerns copyright.

However, The Creator Mart may also investigate complaints involving other intellectual property rights, including:

• Trademarks
• Trade names
• Designs
• Patents
• Other applicable intellectual property rights

Such complaints may be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

19. Third-Party Copyright Claims

The Creator Mart may receive copyright complaints from individuals, companies, copyright owners, authorized representatives, or other rights holders.

We may cooperate with appropriate rights holders and authorities where reasonably necessary.

20. No Guarantee of Complete Prevention

Although we take reasonable steps to address copyright concerns, The Creator Mart cannot guarantee that every unauthorized or infringing upload will be identified before publication.

Users and rights holders are encouraged to report suspected infringement as soon as possible.

21. Changes to This Copyright Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, marketplace operations, legal requirements, or intellectual property practices.

When changes are made, we may update the "Last Updated" date.
